We also use a unique treatment process that completely eradicates discolouring and surface residue, presenting a blemish-free surface for staining and lime wash painting. At FA Mitchell, we offer a C.S.I.R.O certified Fire Retardancy Certificate and termite resistance compliant with AS1604.
Our expert cutting service ensures that your panels will fit exactly as you specify — and whether you need dozens, hundreds or a thousand custom-cut acoustic panels, we can prepare them for you. (FA Mitchell’s cutting facility can perforate or cut any veneered ply or MDF board, suitable to that material.)
For purposes of clean and exact shoulder cutting, we use a drill bit with a rotating helical screw (auger) and the latest scribe. We can perforate 4-18mm of thickness and achieve levels of 2.75% to 39% of surface loss for these acoustic panels.
